About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of trade customers. You'll build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and sales results.

Responsibilities

* Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
* Build strong, long-term relationships with trade customers
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
* Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and process orders accurately
* Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
* Use CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activity
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
* Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements

* Proven experience in sales or account management (trade or B2B preferred) - civil infrastructure, underground, or traffic equipment experience highly regarded
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, results-driven mindset
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Confidence using CRM systems
* A team player who takes pride in delivering great service
* Open to continuous learning
