JDN is in a strong growth phase with a solid pipeline across commercial, retail, and education projects. We are not chasing volume – we are building a team of people who know how to deliver properly.

We are currently looking for an Electrical Supervisor who takes ownership, makes decisions, and drives outcomes without needing to be chased.

You'll be given full control of your projects, backed by experienced Project Managers and a leadership team that hires good people for a reason and then trusts them to perform.

• Owning projects end‐to‐end from planning through to delivery and handover
• Managing client and consultant relationships with clarity and professionalism
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and to standard
• Coordinating procurement so jobs are properly resourced and not delayed
• Maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and compliance
• Staying ahead of issues, identifying risks early and dealing with them properly
• Keeping documentation accurate, organised, and audit‐ready
• Using project systems effectively so that there are no gaps and no guesswork

• You take ownership and back yourself to deliver

• You communicate clearly and deal with issues directly

• Solid experience supervising electrical or construction projects
• A good understanding of forecasting and cost control
• Confidence managing contracts, variations, and commercial risk on site
• Experience working within structured safety and quality systems
• A mindset built around accountability and follow‐through
