We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join our Human Resources team at Marsh in Melbourne. The role is a 9‐month fixed‐term contract, hybrid, requiring attendance at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
* Advising and coaching People Managers across all Marsh businesses in the Pacific Region.
* Managing employee relations matters, including investigations, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, grievances and appeals, and liaising with external ER for complex issues.
* Overseeing the full range of HR portfolio activities across the colleague lifecycle to enhance the colleague experience.
Qualifications
* Extensive HR management experience, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
* Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and HR processes.
* Experience working in a multi‐business environment across the Pacific Region is an asset.
