Customer Service Team Member
Responsibilities
* Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and tendering transactions, store multi‐channel fulfilment, and stock integrity.
* Handle telephone management and enquiries, and marketing and promotional activities.
* Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and control of controllable expenses.
* Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
* Collaborate as part of a team to deliver a consistent, positive store and channel experience for customers.
* Contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in‐store marketing and presentation.
* Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in development opportunities.
