Construction Lawyer
The Role
You'll take on a key role in this busy Projects, Infrastructure & Construction practice with work that includes:
* Procurement and tendering
* Drafting and negotiating construction and consultancy contracts
* Advisory work across public and private sector infrastructure
* Project structuring and commercial input
* Construction matters for councils, government bodies and developers
What You Bring
* Front‐end construction/projects experience
* Procurement, tendering and contract drafting skills
* Public sector experience (VicGov or Commonwealth)
* Experience with multi‐party commercial contracts and long‐term service agreements
* Sector exposure in waste/resource recovery, local government, education, aged‐care or water
* Ability to build relationships and support BD
