The ASICS Store Management network is growing We're on the hunt for passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at PACIFIC FAIR. In a nutshell... Our Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting our Store Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the shop floor in addition as well as leading and developing the team whilst maintaining world class retail standards and customer experience.
Job Description
Here's what we'd love to see from you :
* Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer facing role
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
* An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
* A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand
* Availability to work a full-time Tuesday - Sunday set roster
