The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Pricing Manager to lead the Group's pricing framework and governance across both our retail brands and wholesale network.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll manage a talented team of four Pricing Analysts and Administrators, driving pricing innovation, market competitiveness, and sustainable profitability.
This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible commercial impact — building frameworks, shaping strategic decisions, and partnering closely with senior executives across Finance, Merchandise, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sigma's Group pricing vision aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
Build and execute pricing frameworks that deliver sustainable growth.
Partner with senior stakeholders to embed pricing as a key commercial lever.
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
Evaluate promotional effectiveness and drive continuous pricing optimisation.
Lead capability uplift and process automation within the Pricing function.
Influence decision-making through actionable financial and commercial insights.
About You
Extensive experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a data-driven mindset.
Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
Advanced Excel and BI tool capability (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
