About the Role
This role is open to professionals with backgrounds in Enrolled Nursing, Occupational Health Screening, or Exercise Physiology, with training and support provided.
Previous experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality care.
This is primarily a full-time position, with the possibility of part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
You will be based across our Murdoch and Redcliffe clinics, with opportunities to work at our Joondalup location as required.
About You
A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn — previous experience is not required.
Ability to work independently when needed, while contributing as part of a team.
A current WA Driver's License.
Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance and complete a musculoskeletal functional assessment as part of pre-employment requirements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with candidates and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* In this role, you will support smooth clinic operations and deliver a range of occupational health assessments, including:
* Conducting laboratory drug and alcohol testing
* Performing audiometry and spirometry assessments
* Performing pre-employment medical screenings, which include taking blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, vision, hearing, spirometry, and urinalysis
* Conducting musculoskeletal and functional capacity assessments
* Performing ECG assessments as required
* Greeting and assisting candidates to ensure a professional and welcoming experience
* Managing documentation, records, and administrative tasks in line with clinical and privacy requirements
* Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this role suitable for both experienced professionals and those new to occupational health.
