We are seeking a skilled banking and finance lawyer with strong credentials to join our growing practice group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in documenting, negotiating and settling finance transactions involving banks and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Advise on front-end finance transactions, including advising on major renewable energy projects, financings for energy and resources projects in Australia, South America and Africa, high value leveraged and acquisition finance matters, real estate finance for private credit funds, debt restructurings and trade finance.
* Work closely with partners to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in a reputable front-end banking & finance focused practice.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and advancing communication and research skills.
