Overview
Join a dynamic hotel group and lead finance across multiple properties. We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to support our internal finance team and Hotel General Managers. This is a hands-on role providing end-to-end financial management across four hotel properties, reporting directly to the Group Managing Director. This is an immediate start position.
This role is based in Forest Hill, VIC and offers part-time hours with flexibility.

Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, forecasts, and annual budgets.
* Ensure full compliance with statutory reporting including BAS, payroll tax, FBT, income tax and superannuation.
* Oversee accounting functions: payroll, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cashflow.
* Support GMs with financial modelling, revenue analysis, cost control, and capital expenditure tracking.
* Maintain internal controls and ensure accuracy in fixed asset registers and capital works.
* Lead and mentor finance staff across multiple sites, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* CA or CPA qualified or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior hospitality finance role – hotel group experience highly regarded.
* Strong working knowledge of financial systems: Opera, Protel, Preno, Micros, Sun Systems, Wage Easy and advanced Excel.
* Solid understanding of Australian tax and reporting regulations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support remote teams and liaise with senior stakeholders.
