We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to assist program leaders and the PMO Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Program Coordinator
Experience On boarding & Off boarding staff
Creating PO's, receipting every month, RAIDD management and reporting
Experience raising Purchase Orders in Oracle
Creating weekly status reports
Experience in the coordination of program delivery including financial management, resource management, meeting management and project documentation management
AIPM or PMI certified
Experience Managing project financials -Forecasts Vs Actuals
Experience updating steering Committee packs, Updating RAID Register
Experience managing change requests.
