Required: a current Driver's Licence & car. Property Management or Real Estate experience would be great; however a background in administration or customer service are also excellent grounding for a Property Management role.
Responsibilities
Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers regarding the management of their property
Process lease applications
Perform routine inspections
Conduct open for inspections of rental homes
Arrange quotes, repairs and maintenance of rental properties
General Administration
Liaise with our Business Development and Sales teams
