Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an important position that requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing the production of food to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
* Creating imaginative menus that cater to the tastes and preferences of our guests.
* Implementing, monitoring and complying with food safety and hygiene procedures.
* Ensuring quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
* Fluent English language skills, with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
