You are someone who enjoys a challenge and has the leadership to develop cross functional change requirements in our dynamic FMCG business, along with ensuring our customer expectations are continually met and exceeded with perishable raw material.
This role would be responsible to manage the Balcatta manufacturing sites so:
- All product manufactured meets ALL quality standards, especially the needs of our consumers.
- Workplace Safety is our culture, we exceed ALL OHS health & safety requirements.
- Budgeted costs are achieved, Capital expenditure is targeted and strategically aligned.
- Employee development will ensure future succession will be seamless.
- Sustainable environmental compliance is second nature.
- Develop and lead a workplace culture where change is a feature in driving continuous improvement.
- Continuous improvement targets for ALL areas, Quality, Direct Costs, Indirect Costs and Overhead expenditures are achieved.
- To lead the business in the attainment of leading technologies and world class best practices
- Enabling business growth and lower costs of manufacturing
- Analyse internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in managing Food or Dairy Manufacturing operations.
- Innovative thinker and open to development and implementation of new methods and procedures.
- Supports a high-performance teamwork culture that enables each team member to make an effective contribution to the team effort.
- Financial skills in budgeting and monitoring against budget. Strong focus on cost control and seek out opportunities to increase profit or reduce cost. Ability to manage business unit to budget through allocation of resources
- Excellent organisation, planning and administrative skills
