We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team in the Snowy Mountains.
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules for short- and long-term planning. You will work closely with the maintenance team and site personnel to ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently, prioritized, and organized.
* Developing and upholding maintenance schedules for day-to-day facility and equipment maintenance.
* Continual review of execution schedules and plans to determine if time frames can be compressed or costs reduced for continuous improvement.
* Maintaining a master maintenance schedule for the site and allocating weekly plans to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Scheduler, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely planned and ad-hoc reporting to assist breakdown, review, and improve maintenance tasks and strategies.
* Integration of third-party schedules into the master schedule when required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Driver’s license
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* A current General Construction Induction training (white card)
* The right to work in Australia
* The ability to pass a criminal history check and a medical
