About You
* You are an experienced financial services lawyer.
* You have specialist experience in derivatives and ISDA documentation, particularly with proficiency in negotiating ISDA Master Agreements.
* You are comfortable being involved in derivative negotiations and transaction work including the preparation, review and negotiation of transaction agreements and trading documents.
* You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing a steady flow of documentation work across a variety of derivative products.
* You have a minimum of 6 years' experience.
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business.
* You have a current practising certificate.
* You have the right to live and work in Australia.
