About the Role
The Accounts Administrator will work in a key account support role, reporting to the Finance Manager. As Accounts administrator, you will be involved in a range of functions to ensure the relevant department activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Fleetwood policies and procedures, and maintain professional communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
* Maintain and update the schedule of rates (Ticksheet, Spreadsheet, and BC14 Item Codes) for all customers, ensuring accuracy.
* Perform invoice data entry for all NRV customers and handle the creation and printing of NRV Ticksheet invoices.
* Manage customer queries and escalate issues when necessary while maintaining accurate records in BC14.
* Maintain and update the VBA certificates database, including lodging compliance certificates with relevant authorities and managing the ESV Electrical Certificate Register.
* Administer documentation tasks such as transmittals, populating the Documentation Control Register, submitting documents to clients and subcontractors, and organizing necessary filing.
* Prepare and manage reports like Receivables Sales Report NRVP, Receivables Sales Invoice Register NRVP, and other requested reports.
* Handle office supplies, including stationery and kitchen supplies, and forward employee information for secure filing in the payroll department.
* Manage payroll tasks such as timesheets, clock card checklists, medical certificates, EFT file uploads, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
* Support internal and external audit inquiries and undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the company.
About You
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, who can build both internal and external relationships and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a similar position and advanced computing skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, sound statistical, analytical, and administrative skills.
* A relevant qualification in Administration would be an advantage but not essential.
