Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ethical Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As an Ethical Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our supply chain and upholding our commitment to responsible business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Ethical Sourcing Program through effective stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and compliance monitoring.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure their adherence to our ethical standards.
* Provide strategic recommendations to support supplier remediation and compliance initiatives.
* Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to ethical sourcing.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in ethical sourcing, human rights, risk management, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.
* Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications.
