We’re a fun, creative team searching for a passionate leader to join our brand-new Three Balls Red Interiors space in Miami, QLD. Our store is an interiors dream, collaborating with some of the best builders and designers in the industry. We offer an extensive range of products for our clients—and we want you to help lead the way!
The Role:
As Senior Sales Supervisor, you’ll drive sales while inspiring and leading our team. Experience in tiles or tapware is a bonus—but not essential. What matters most is your creative flair and love for interiors and design .
What you’ll need to achieve
* Maintain expert knowledge of architectural products and interior finishes.
* Prospect and network to build a strong client pipeline.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine warmth.
* Lead by example, motivating the team and fostering collaboration.
* Recognise opportunities to upsell and provide expert product advice.
* Contribute to an exceptional in-store experience with attention to detail.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
