Located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, this role is accountable for the visual merchandising standards across ARB showrooms nationally. This role will draw on your store planning, space planning and visual merchandising experience. It is a creative role that will require you to interpret sales results and design a strategic solution to drive sales and strengthen our brand image throughout our showrooms.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Create company guidelines for visual merchandising standards nationally, including ticketing, housekeeping, and template displays.
- Provide visual merchandising support and training to retail outlets nationally.
- Develop training initiatives to improve Visual Merchandising skills at a store level. Conduct in field training in visual merchandising to branch managers, sales teams, independent store owners, stockists and their representatives.
- Working with the Retail Marketing Manager to create high impact promotional displays, and component packs for instore marketing.
- Designing on brand and eye-catching displays, fixtures and promotional material for retail showrooms and shows.
- Analysis of sales performance, trends, and forecasts to create product placement strategies in collaboration with National Sales and Product Managers.
- Creating template planograms to act as a product placement guide for retail stores.
- Creating Promo set up guides to drive sales and increase the effectiveness of national campaigns.
- It is **essential** that you have experience in creating in store scalable display solutions to be rolled out across a national network.
- You will be highly skilled in developing planograms.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in visual merchandising.
- Experience in store planning and space planning.
- Knowledge of the Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Spacer, Mock Shop, Sketch Up and Revitt is desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide training to store team members.
