We are a premium hair extension and salon group with a thriving e-commerce arm, now expanding internationally. As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee our financial operations, both domestically and abroad, and ensure our systems scale with our business.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* End-to-end bookkeeping for both salon and e-commerce operations
* Cashflow forecasting and financial planning
* Payroll processing and compliance
* Preparing management reports to support strategic decision-making
* BAS preparation and lodgement
* Managing leases, insurances, and associated documentation
* Ensuring compliance with international tax laws and assisting with global market entry requirements
* Supporting financial strategy for international scaling and cross-border transactions

About You
* Degree in finance, accounting or related field
* Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance management, preferably in e-commerce
* BAS
* Experience with international business operations, including knowledge of overseas tax laws, import/export requirements, and currency management
* Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB or similar)
* Experience with Shopify a plus
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on scaling processes effectively
Location: Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast
Hours: Part-time – approx hours/week
