**About the Company**
This organisation is a renowned health and aged care provider in Victoria. They have a newly created role for a Clinical Service Manager reporting directly to the Residential Manager to lead the clinical team and provide support in operational management of the facility.
This role will be supporting one of their large, aged care services within the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.
**The Role**
As a Clinical Service Manager (2IC) reporting directly to the Residential Manager. This is a newly created role; you will be responsible for the clinical leadership team and support the Residential Manager in the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Your primary role will be to lead and utilise a highly developed clinical and management team to provide a person-centred care and service to all residents and families. This is your time to step up and join a very well managed organisation and utilise your leadership skills and make this role your own.
**Summary of Duties**
- Provide leadership, mentorship & education to your clinical team
- Support with the daily operational running of the service
- Manage clinical care and ensure exceptional outcomes.
- Complete risk management, policies and instructions.
- Promote and comply with infection control practices
**Skills and Experience**
- AHPRA Registered Nurse Division 1 (mandatory).
- Previous experience within an aged care leadership role.
- Education and Management Experience across multiple business areas.
- Experience in leading a large team.
- Reporting and Financial Exposure.
