Job Description :
As an Experienced Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating CAT graders with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality grading work on projects. You will also be experienced in UTS system.
Key Responsibilities :
* Operate CAT graders to perform precise grading for various projects, including roads, car parks, and other construction sites.
* Utilise the UTS system to track, monitor, and adjust grading operations in real-time.
* Ensure all grading tasks are completed according to design specifications and within project timelines.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on grader machinery to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
* Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications :
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Grader Operator, with expertise in operating CAT machines.
* Strong experience working with the UTS system
* Proven ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
* Excellent knowledge of grading techniques and machinery maintenance.
* Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Valid driving licence and relevant certifications (e.g., HR or MR licence).
