THE OPPORTUNITY
The company is growing faster than ever before, and we are now looking for a Business Development Specialist take us on to the next level.
This is a great opportunity for someone either with an established or network or someone recently fresh into Hydraulics and looking to progress their career further with a well-known brand. We are looking for someone to spearhead growth initiatives, cultivate key partnerships and drive revenue expansion while identifying new business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
* Grow margin and sales revenue by offering a solution-based service to customers
* Visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
* Monitor customers' changing needs and offer them solutions
* Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms
* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and products purchased
* Identify, investigate, and prepare recommendations to secure major accounts
This is a permanent, full-time role based out of our modern Canning Vale branch.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Hydraulic hose & fittings experience is essential
* Proven experience in servicing technical customers
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Have a passion for providing premier customer service
* A results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales.
