Ensure patient care is supported by exceptional facilities management. As a leader in this field, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of physical assets across multiple hospital sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Facility Performance Management: Ensure building systems run seamlessly and maintain the highest standards of functionality, compliance, and visual appeal.
* Asset Management Strategies: Develop and implement cost-effective, compliant, and sustainable facility performance plans.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance across all facilities (fire safety, building codes, infection control, OHS, etc.).
* Team Leadership: Build strong relationships with clinical site leaders, contractors, and regulatory agencies to drive service excellence.
* Maintenance Management: Manage the CMMS for tracking maintenance activities and monitor performance to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
You are a collaborative and hands-on leader with experience managing complex healthcare or institutional environments. You bring a deep understanding of building systems and an eye for detail when it comes to compliance, safety, and presentation. You're someone who leads with integrity, gets things done, and puts people—at the centre of your work.
What We Are Looking For
* Leadership Capability: Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Certifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management or similar, or certifications from professional FM bodies (e.g. FMA Australia).
* Project Management Experience: Project Management or Business Management experience is highly regarded.
