About the Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Systems Support Officer to join the team.
Wollongong City Council's Waste Services mission is to create, operate and promote Waste Services as a dynamic and sustainable business that provides value for money services to our community, now and in the future. What you will be doing:
This position provides a broad range of support and systems administration functions across all aspects of the waste business including, but not limited to:
1. Providing specialist business support services across Waste Services and manage a range of systems including software systems.
2. Providing a broad range of support and systems administration functions across all aspects of the waste business including, but not limited to, weighbridge and revenue collection functions; auditing and oversight functions; financial performance and analysis; procurement activities; data analysis, management and reporting; corporate and regulatory reporting functions; and process optimisation.
3. Optimising the review, development and implementation of processes.
