Salary $80,000 + Superannuation
DUTIES
Preparing, cooking, seasoning & portioning a variety of dishes
Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes and menus
Maintaining the high level of hygiene standards and high standards for food preparation, cleanliness and punctuality at all times
Preparation, replenishment and rotation of stock in the kitchen
Estimating, budgeting and minimising food wastage
Train other kitchen staff on different cooking techniques and cooking procedures and outline the company policies and standards
Manage relationships with suppliers
REQUIRED SKILLS
Certificate 4 and Diploma of Hospitality Management.
At least 2 years of experience as a Chef in Indian cuisine.
Languages – Hindi and English
