Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Livestock Account Manager to join our team in Mackay.
As a key member of our dynamic Livestock team, you will work closely with our experienced livestock agents and:
* Support customers by providing expert advice throughout the cattle marketing and sales process.
* Participate in Sale yard auctions, assisting customers with trading opportunities.
* Use your livestock production knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
* Manage sales administration tasks, including contracts and pricing.
What We're Looking For:
We value candidates with a strong passion for agriculture or farming, especially those familiar with cattle. You should bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Sales experience and demonstrated business growth are essential. A valid driver's license is required as the role involves travel and requires flexible hours. The successful applicant having Auctioneering capabilities would be advantageous, Auctions Plus accreditation is preferred.
Successful candidates must complete a medical and background checks due to the physical demands of the role.
