About the Role
In this senior leadership role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project management, from inception to delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external consultants to deliver high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, planning, design, construction, and post-completion.
* Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal project outcomes.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to achieve development objectives.
* Lead project approvals and compliance processes, liaising with local councils and regulatory bodies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding developments.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Development Director or Senior Development Manager in the property or construction industry.
* Strong background in managing large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project teams effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of planning, approvals, and construction processes.
* A degree in Property, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
