Overview
We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist with at least 5 year's experience who also has strong recruitment expertise to join our team. This is a pivotal role supporting both our people and our business growth.

Role
As our HR / Recruiter, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing the end to end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
* Acting as a trusted HR generalist across employee relations, performance management, policies, and compliance.
* Building HR frameworks that support scaling (onboarding, training, retention strategies).
* Advising managers on Fair Work compliance, contracts, and best-practice HR.
* Supporting staff engagement, culture initiatives, and professional development.
* Driving process improvements to align people performance with business goals.

Skills Required
* At least 5 years as a HR generalist, with proven recruitment capability.
* Strong understanding of Australian employment law, Fair Work, NES, and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially aware: Able to balance people needs with business performance.
* Proactive: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you can make your mark.
* Tech-savvy: Familiar with HRIS/ATS platforms, reporting tools, and modern HR systems.
