The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Systems Lead to join our dedicated team. About the role
Reporting to the Head of Technology and working closely with other business units and technology partners, this full-time role will utilise your technical and business expertise (including adoption of AI) to define and design solutions, deliver projects and maintain solutions. You will provide advice, support and training to staff for their use of business applications and platforms including Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), SharePoint, Funrasin, Marketo, Slack, Trello, ELMO, MYOB.
Role responsibilities include:
* Contribute to THRF Group objective of providing modern, work-from-anywhere applications and productivity tools across the business by providing in-depth application and systems experience.
* Contribute to our strategic goal of ensuring people, process and technology put information and cyber-security at the forefront for all.
* Advise and consult with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these to a roadmap of proposed capability improvements (considering best practices/trends).
* Define, document and implement solutions and processes ensuring business systems are integrated with whole of business systems, including our digital platforms, to enable seamless supporter experiences and efficient internal processes.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* 5+ years in business solutions implementation and systems projects (especially CRM such as Dynamics).
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Azure Dev Ops, Azure Integration Services) and data management practices.
* The ability to analyse information, identify problems, navigate complex scenarios, and deliver innovative and effective solutions.
* Experience partnering with stakeholders, embedding governance, and accuracy in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
* A keen interest in the health, fundraising or not-for-profit sectors, with a desire to learn, innovate, and implement new technology solutions that make a tangible difference.
