Job Description
As a skilled and experienced professional, we are seeking a Landscape Construction Team Leader to join our team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage a team of typically 3 members
* Train and support apprentices with their daily tasks and progression through their studies
* Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
* Maintain safe working conditions and enforce OHS standards on site
* Communicate effectively with clients, management, teams, and other professionals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience and technical knowledge in landscaping
* Ability to undertake physical work
* Advanced problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Certificate III or higher in Landscape Construction
* Control and monitor OHS standards on site
* Current manual driver's licence
