- The Division of Women, Youth & Children provides a broad range of primary, secondary and tertiary health services. 
The division has a strong focus on clinical governance to ensure quality of services this is underpinned by our partnerships with our consumers and other service providers. 
We are a family centred, multidisciplinary team that delivers care in Canberra Hospital and health Services, Community Health Centres, client’s homes, schools and Child and Family centres. 
- The position reports to the Executive Officer, WYC and provides administrative support to the Clinical Director and the Executive Branch Manager. 
This position will also provide backup support to the other Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant when they are absent. 
The main duties of the role is to provide administrative support and prepare a range of correspondence, diary and inbox management, providing secretariat support to committees, manage meeting room bookings, assisting with human resource and financial management functions as well as other general administrative duties.
