We are seeking a highly driven, experienced and commercially-minded senior Brand & Partnerships Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day management of the This With This brand. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys combining creativity with strategic business development.

You will play a central role in shaping brand strategy, sourcing and securing new partnership opportunities, overseeing content execution, driving PR visibility and accelerating revenue growth through meaningful collaborations, partnerships and digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of content planning and production, social media management, audience engagement and brand partnerships, while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen the brand's market presence.

As the brand continues to scale, you will help build the operational foundations and contribute to the development of a small, high-performing team to support long-term global growth.

Your Impact

As Brand & Partnerships Manager, you will expand the brand's commercial footprint while ensuring high-quality content execution, strong audience engagement and increased global brand visibility. You will act as the operational and commercial driver behind partnerships, PR exposure, various growth initiatives and overall brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Management

Oversee planning, coordination and production of content across social media platforms, including photoshoots, video production, editing and publishing.

Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, audience expectations and strategic objectives.

Manage and optimise social media accounts to drive engagement, audience growth and brand visibility.

Coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, designers and marketing contributors where required.

Partnerships, Business Development & Revenue Growth

Proactively identify, source and secure new brand collaborations, sponsorships and partnership opportunities aligned with growth strategy.

Lead outreach, pitching, negotiation and deal structuring to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Manage end-to-end partnership delivery, ensuring all campaign deliverables and contractual obligations are executed on time and to a high standard.

Develop long-term commercial relationships that generate repeat collaborations and strategic brand alignment.

Execute strategies to achieve revenue targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities and expansion channels.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective brand partners to maximise retention and satisfaction.

PR, Brand Visibility & Media Placement

Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and strengthen market positioning locally and internationally.

Identify and secure media features, editorial placements, interviews and brand exposure opportunities across fashion, lifestyle and digital media outlets.

Build relationships with media contacts, stylists, publications and industry stakeholders.

Coordinate press opportunities, brand announcements and campaign launches to maximise reach and impact.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across earned media channels.

Paid Growth & Meta Advertising

Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) to support audience growth, campaigns and commercial objectives.

Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, creative testing and performance optimisation.

Analyse advertising performance metrics and provide insights to improve ROI and conversion outcomes.

Collaborate with content strategy to align organic and paid growth initiatives.


Audience Engagement & Community Management

Oversee audience engagement across platforms (including responding to messages, comments and enquiries), ensuring communication aligns with brand voice and values.

Monitor audience insights, analytics and social trends to inform content and growth strategies.

Identify opportunities to deepen audience connection and strengthen brand loyalty.

Operations & Team Leadership

Independently manage day-to-day operations of the influencer brand and long-term initiatives.

Coordinate internal team members, freelancers and agencies as required.

Establish scalable workflows, systems and processes to support future team expansion.

Contribute to building a structured and sustainable operating model as the business grows.

Strategy & Performance Reporting:

Contribute to development and execution of brand and commercial growth strategies.

Track and analyse performance metrics across social media, PR initiatives, paid campaigns and brand partnerships.

Provide reporting, insights and recommendations to optimise engagement, brand visibility, partnerships and revenue outcomes.


What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, influencer management, partnerships, business development or digital marketing.

Demonstrated success securing and managing commercial partnerships or sponsorships.

Experience executing PR strategies and securing media placements highly regarded.

Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and paid social performance preferred.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, audience growth, analytics tools and commercial collaborations.

Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities autonomously.

Creative, strategic and commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial or start-up environment.

Photography, video content creation and editing skills are highly advantageous.

Experience within fashion, lifestyle, media or creator economy industries highly desirable.
