**The Role**

If so, you might be the person we are looking for to fill our Visit Logistics and Business Manager role within the Naval Shipbuilding Expert Advisory Panel Secretariat, located in Russell Offices, Canberra.
The role will provide you with exposure to major maritime capability programs in the Naval Shipbuilding Enterprise, senior government executives, Defence industry partners and opportunities to undertake interesting, challenging and unique work making valuable contribution to Defence's mission and strategic objectives and priorities.
The Visit Logistics and Business Manager role includes:
- **Stakeholder engagement**:to achieve NSEAP Secretariat goals and objectives while representing the Australian Department of Defence and NSEAP Secretariat as required.
- **Travel logistics**: developing travel options, obtaining travel quotes, creating Travel Budget Calculators for approval, securing travel arrangement and after travel acquittals.
- **Meeting logistics**: assisting with visit program development, scheduling meetings, briefing packs, and supporting meetings while the Panel are in Australia.
- **Security management and coordination**: monitoring, updating and coordinating Panel members security requirements.
- **Planning and administration management**:project and business support activities, including but not limited probity, contract management, financial and FOI management.
As the Visit Logistics and Business Manager - NSEAP Secretariat, you will be a key member of a small team - led by Assistant Secretary - NSEAP Secretariat, dedicated to providinghigh stands of support and customer service.

As an Assistant Director Visit Logistics and Business Manager, you will support NSEAP Secretariat objectives by coordinating in country visits, effectively managing senior stakeholder engagement and executive communications management.
