This is an exciting opportunity for a strong customer service professional with experience in end-to-end order and case management to join an industry leader and hit the ground running.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team focused on managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring the timely processing and fulfilment of orders.
The environment is fast-moving and collaborative—suited to someone who thrives under pressure, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys problem-solving across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders from entry through to deliveryLiaise with sales, production, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure customer expectations are metResolve order issues including lead times, product availability, and pricingManage customer queries and requests via CRM (Dynamics 365)Maintain accurate customer and material records in SAP and related systemsAssist with product setup, artwork coordination, and quality case investigationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and reporting as requiredAbout YouExperience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain or logisticsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and externalFamiliarity with ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded)High attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesResilient, solutions-focused, and able to adapt to changing business needsA genuine team player with a positive and proactive mindsetThe OfferAthol Park location with onsite parkingFull-time in-office roleMonday-Friday.
