One of our valued clients is an International Leader in the Medical Devices Industry. With offices around Australia they need a Recruitment coordinator to join their team at Ultimo with hybrid flexibility to meet an increase in demand.
Casual/ Part time, a great 6 month opportunity with this large international company.
**The Role**:

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate that you have the following
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong computer skills (MS Office required), ideally expert with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with a demonstrable track record of good prioritization skills
- Technically savvy and high capability of being able to grasp new systems quickly
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), listening and interpersonal skills at all levels up to Executives
- Professional and customer focused approach including absolute discretion, diplomacy and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and information
**Responsibilities include**:
- Assist manager and recruiters in all relevant administrative tasks
- Scheduling
- Arrangement and coordination of interviews
- Management of all PO's and invoicing for external vendors
- Draft and send general business correspondence as required
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
