Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Brand Manager to drive the growth and success of our portfolio. In this role, you'll lead the development and launch of new products while shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies that deliver results.
You'll take ownership of media planning and campaign activations, with a strong focus on digital channels, while working closely with cross‐functional partners to bring the brand vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute the strategic direction of the brand to drive growth and market share
* Develop and launch new products, ensuring strong market impact and alignment with business objectives
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal stakeholders to achieve commercial goals
* Manage A&P budgets and optimise media investment for maximum ROI
* Deliver impactful media strategies and campaigns, with a strong digital focus
* Partner with the sales team to embed brand strategy and drive performance in market
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains competitive
* Support and train the sales team to strengthen brand execution in the field
Desired Skills and Experience
* 3–4+ years' marketing experience within FMCG, Pharmacy OTC, or Complementary Medicines
* Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
* Proven success in developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns (including DTC)
* Solid budget management and forecasting experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
* Experience coordinating trade shows and understanding market trends and insights
* Proactive, self‐motivated, and able to work autonomously
* Creative, "can‐do" mindset with a passion for growing brands
