Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Role
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter with OEM experience to work on large-scale mining equipment across Western Australia.
* Perform component rebuilds and breakdowns on the fleet to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in high-pressure environments.
* Work efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain equipment efficiency.
* Fulfill quality and safety standards while working in fast-paced mining settings.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Certification in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent).
* At least 3 years' experience working on heavy machinery in large mining excavators.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Liebherr, Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Komatsu equipment.
* Strong understanding of Cat and Cummins engines.
* Able to pass pre-employment medical screenings and provide a national police clearance within 6 months.
* EWP, WAH, and Crane tickets are advantageous for this role.
