What You'll Be Doing
* Provider Onboarding & Training: Guide and train suppliers through the entire onboarding process, providing expert assistance with internal tools (SAP, MIRAKL, Excel) and troubleshooting.
* Product Data Enrichment: Ensure product information is impeccable, meeting our guidelines, SEO requirements, and platform taxonomy for optimal visibility.
* Go-Live Management: Orchestrate the final stages of onboarding, ensuring products are accurately listed and launched on our websites on schedule.
* Supplier Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, proactively resolving issues, answering queries, and offering ongoing support.
About You
* Any experience in eCommerce, product management, merchandise, or supplier onboarding is highly desirable.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Excellent communication skills are a must.
