Role Summary
The Finance Officer will provide financial management and administration support to the school. They will be responsible for tasks such as preparing trial balances, budgets, and financial reports, as well as managing data and training staff.
* Apply knowledge of advanced functions of computer software packages and manage data.
* Provide administrative support to senior management, including initiating and handling correspondence and monitoring telephone calls.
* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances, budgets, profit and loss reports, balance sheet reports, and trading activity reports.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications at Certificate level or equivalent knowledge, qualifications, and experience relevant to this role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
