We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Germany to support their European growth markets.
You will be accountable for leading energy Storage Sales for cross-functional teams.
This will be a leading role to ensure predictable and profitable sales, thus meaning that sales margins – with the right pricing strategies and accurate cost estimations – are in favour.ResponsibilitiesLead energy storage sales opportunitiesEnsure qualitative sales and proper sales margins all the way to the project execution.Ensure correct pricing strategies and accurate cost estimationsLead the large stakeholder group and project sales team towards the goalsUtilise S&OP; data as a base when assessing the correct cost estimations and schedulesEnsure tenders and requirements are understood in detail within the project sales team and high-quality tenders are preparedEnsure risks are evaluated correctlyEnsure necessary internal reviews are conducted and acceptances receivedEnsure contracting policies are followed and proper contract terms are achievedLead the contract negotiations and contracting process.
Prepare winning sales negotiation strategy.Manage and maintain key account customer relationships.
Manage, follow up and report the progress of sales project and CRM (Salesforce) data accuracyEnsure proper sales documentation and closing the dealEnsure sales project is properly transferred to project executionRequirements10 yrs.
