This role plays a critical part in maintaining the health, performance, and stability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment — ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business operations across our national network.
You'll be responsible for proactive system monitoring, managing user access, deploying updates, and working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of the D365 environment.
* Manage user access, security roles, and third‑party system permissions.
* Deploy approved code, software, and plugins in line with CAB processes.
* Support environment refreshes, update cycles, and pre‑deployment testing.
* Respond to Service Desk tickets and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
* Maintain system documentation, troubleshooting guides, and monthly reporting.
* Support annual disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes ownership of their work. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Experience in administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
* Strong understanding of system access provisioning, security roles, and license management.
* Hands‑on experience with code and software deployments.

* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
* Exposure to ITIL practices and Service Desk systems (desirable).
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related discipline.
