We're looking for an experienced, confident, and people‑focused Senior Business Operations & Communications Coordinator to join our shared services team at Keystone Invest.

If you've spent 5+ years in business operations and/or communications and you're ready for more ownership, more variety, and the chance to grow into leadership, this role is made for you.

* Has 5–7 years' experience in operations, communications, BD support, or similar

* Has strong writing skills and great attention to detail

* Gets energy from improving processes and building structure

* Stays steady under pressure and always finds a solution

* Loves supporting teams and being helpful, not hidden

* Wants to get closer to leadership but also loves being hands‑on

* Comfort working with tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Canva/Adobe InDesign or CMS platforms

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with our Business Operations & Communications Manager, BD Manager and Business Operations & Communications Coordinator, you'll own a mix of operational, communications and BD support work across all Keystone brands.

Operations (keeping things running smoothly)

* Managing day‑to‑day operations across different offices

* Handling travel, supplies, PPE/IT gear, facilities and logistics

* Improving processes, templates and BAU workflows

* Coordinating onboarding/offboarding and ensuring a great employee experience

Communications (keeping everyone in the loop)

* Drafting newsletters, all‑staff updates, and internal comms

* Keeping SharePoint and intranet content updated and organised

* Creating social content, website updates, capability materials and marketing assets

* Supporting internal events, engagement activities and campaigns

Business Development Support (keeping us looking sharp)

* Coordinating tender submissions and updating capability libraries

* Managing deadlines, document quality, version control and consistency

* Ensuring BD assets stay current, polished and on brand
