About the Opportunity
This role is crucial in assisting the National Quote to Cash Operations Manager to ensure accurate pricing configurations are loaded on time and that pricing policies and governance are followed.
* Assist in implementing pricing strategy through system loading.
* Ensure adherence to pricing policies and governance.
* Recommend continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring process map documentations and work instructions are up-to-date.
* Collaborate across functions to develop tools and systems leveraging customer data, driving sales, and improving margin.
* Guarantee integrity and accuracy for all product pricing.
* Calculate rebates accurately according to contracts.
* Work closely with Account Managers & Sales Teams or product-specific pricing personnel to determine the right price.
* Manage 'additional customer data' (DPLs) creation, change, and maintenance.
* Maintain regional 'standard products listing.'
* Keep necessary regional price documentation as controlled documents - Issue amendments as required.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, IT, and/or statistical disciplines highly regarded.
* Previous experience in a similar pricing or support role.
* Construction industry experience desirable.
* High attention to detail with an overview of the larger picture.
* Ability to prioritise work and work autonomously.
* Aptitude for working in a very busy, dynamic environment, managing multiple activities simultaneously.
* Professional attitude at all times, demonstrating respect and courtesy when dealing with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
* Clear communication and liaison skills at all levels (internally and externally).
* Agile Customer Service mindset.
* Working knowledge and experience with SAP and Salesforce.
* Exposure to G Suite, advanced Microsoft Excel skills including vlookups, pivots tables, and data cleansing.
