We are seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of established accounts while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Working closely with the broader sales, operations and technical teams, you'll deepen customer relationships, understand their packaging requirements and deliver value through tailored solutions. Your ability to influence, problem-solve and collaborate will help strengthen the companies footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio across your assigned territory
* Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities
* Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage your pipeline using Salesforce
* Build sales plans and execute commercial strategies to drive growth
* Identify and act on process improvement opportunities for customers and internal stakeholders
* Partner closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver service excellence
* Champion safe working practices and contribute to OHS&E initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in account management, internal/external sales, or customer service
* Background in packaging or manufacturing (highly regarded)
* Strong B2B sales capability, with proven experience managing a territory or customer portfolio
* CRM experience (Salesforce ideal) and strong MS Office skills
