About the Role
The Telecommunications Service Owner is responsible for maintaining and developing telecommunications networks and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and improve telecommunications services through effective contractor management, performance monitoring, escalation management and troubleshooting, governance and change management.
* Manage operational contracts and service agreements of telecommunication vendors ensuring current and future business requirements are being met.
* Coordinate between site and Brisbane of ICT activities through effective integration and planning.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: High School / FE College (OR) 2 A Levels (OR) BTEC Higher National Diploma
* ITIL Foundation
* Ability to demonstrate compliance with HSE requirements and promote safety standards and procedures for field-based activities.
