About The Role
You'll be part of our Trade Counter team in Cowes, helping plumbers and other trades access the products they need for building and renovation projects, and undertaking tasks that keep our branch running smoothly.
Your Day-to-Day Activities
* Provide customer service and information about products
* Offer quotes both in person and over the phone
* Undertake order picking and stock management activities
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Aid occasional deliveries to customers using our company vehicles
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Have experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy interacting with customers
* Can accurately process orders, maintain shop displays, and provide helpful information
* Are comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
* Hold a valid driver's license and are flexible with your work schedule, including weekends
