Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the overall performance of the ICT team within budget constraints and strategic objectives.
* Provide positive leadership, collaborative engagement, mentoring, and coaching to build leader capacity and ensure effective succession planning.
* Manage business continuity, ICT risk mitigation, and cyber security by regularly updating and testing the ICT business continuity plan and the Cyber response plan.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to promote change, set clear objectives, and deliver outstanding outcomes through people.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in information technology, business, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in establishing systems, procedures, and improvement processes.
* Demonstrated high-level communication skills, including report and letter writing skills.
* A valid driver's licence, national police check, and working with children check.
