 
        
        Global food service organisation is on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst to appoint to a 6-month contract. 
**Your current company** 
Hays Technology have partnered with a global foodservice organisation to appoint an experienced Service Desk Analyst to support their busy Brisbane operations. Based out of Cannon Hill, you'll be joining a forward-thinking and high-performing team that will encourage you to be the best IT professional you can be. 
**Your new role** 
As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for provisioning first line support to the diverse array of end-users in the Cannon Hill office. Your day-to-day will be fast-paced, and no day will look the same however some of your key duties and responsibilities will include: 
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service as the face of the business for all first line support enquiries 
- Operate as the SME for the team, being the go-to for any software/hardware related questions before escalating to the Level 2 and 3 teams 
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, travelling out onsite with clients to support their needs ad required 
- General service desk support: account creation, group policy, M365 administration, basic network administration and the like 
**What you'll need to succeed** 
You will possess demonstrated working experience in a corporate service desk environment, with a passion for all things technology and customer service. You'll be a quick-thinker, with a strong attention to detail that sees you excel in process driven environments. Your core competencies and qualifications will include, but are not limited to: 
- Demonstrated working experience with Active Directory and Group Policy 
- Demonstrated working experience supporting the M365 suite 
- Demonstrated working experience with local and wide area networks, including VPN 
- Understanding of Windows server and Windows desktop environments 
- ITIL experience and/or certification is desirable

You will be remunerated at an hourly rate between $35 - $40/hour + superannuation, with the potential for your assignment to extend beyond the initial 6-months.
